Message	Mike has bent over backwards to help me out in the past, and I've never even met the guy in person. He is gracious enough to keep me in the loop on what is going on, and I am just spreading the word because he doesn't have the time or desire to be active on this forum. I don't have any arrangement with Mike. Although it may appear otherwise to some, I don't work for Mike, nor am I his marketing guy, PR guy or whatever.
